Youth Action Committee
The Youth Action Committee's (YAC) aims are to improve the services and the lives of young people across West Lothian.
As a committee we have representatives on the West Lothian Youth Congress, Scottish Youth Parliament and the UK Parliament.
We organise…
- Social events – meals, bowling, music events.
- Deliver workshops.
- Youth Consultations.
- Debt or Saving Handling training (DOSH)
- Support other committees and forums throughout West Lothian.
We continue to…
- Recruit new members.
- Gain wider representation from across West Lothian.
- Improve publicity of our services.
- To continue and improve youth participation and services throughout West Lothian.
- Become even more influential on decision making both at local and national level.
