Volunteer Befrienders Needed – INtegr8 Befriending Service
INtegr8 provides one‑to‑one befriending support to young people aged 10–21 in West Lothian who may be experiencing isolation, low confidence, or challenges in their social world.
Our service works under a positive mental health and wellbeing remit, supporting young people to build confidence, strengthen self‑esteem, reduce isolation, and have space to talk about how they feel if they choose to.
We offer face‑to‑face, remote, and blended befriending options to ensure support is flexible and accessible.
Face‑to‑face sessions may include walks, conversations, games, creative activities, or outings such as bowling, pottery painting, trampolining, or the cinema — always within budget and appropriate to the young person’s age and interests.
